If you contact us via Email or any other means we will keep your data stored during the process of your inquiry not longer than 6 months. Your data will not be shared with anyone.
If you sign up for our regular newsletter we collect the following data:

We use this data only for our newsletter mailing and we do not share this data with any thrid party. Access to those data have only our borad of directors consisting of 3 people.
If you sign up for one of our programmes we collect the following data:
- Full address of the organisation
- Email address
To fullfill contract obligations all these data are necessary. Without them we would not be able to proceed. These data are only shared with our accountant to fullfill tax obligations.
Once a bookinig is confirmed and an invoice is issued we keep these records for 7 years which is compliant with § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for a legally binding contract) according to the DSGVO.
We may place a text file called a “cookie” in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can’t read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites.
We aim to ensure that our website is up to date and relevant. To help us achieve this goal we use Google Analytics and other analytical systems to analyse anonymous data collected by cookies about how visitors use our website. This data also helps us to measure the success of our marketing activities.
You can, under this legislation, request a copy of the information we hold about you. If any information we hold about you is incorrect please let us know.
