Born in Kapfenberg (Austria), studied History, History of Art and Politics in Vienna; has a diploma in museum education (ikw Vienna) and an MA in Museums Management from the University of Greenwich Business School, London, UK.

Board member of several cultural organisations, works internationally as interim manager and cultural advisor setting up museums, visitor attractions and cultural organisations; His W2-Consulting OG is specialised in organisational development, operations management, audience development & cultural leadership. He utilises his experience as manager of museums and cultural institutions in England, Canada, Bahrain and Austria.

Renate Goebl

Dr. Renate Goebl, Vice Director of KulturAgenda

Born in Vienna, studied History of Art and German in Vienna, adult educator, project coordinator and museums consultant.

Research, publication, lecturing, teaching and activities in cultural education, cultural politics and cultural institutions.
Contributes with her experience as academic, head of training programmes for museums and galleries (ikw – institut für kulturwissenschaft, University of Applied Arts Vienna) and coordinator of museum projects (Technical Museum Vienna, Palace Museum Linz).

Michael C. Niki Knopp

Mag. Michael C. Niki Knopp MAS, Executive Officer

Born in Vienna, studied Zoology at University of Vienna (one year in Madrid with Erasmus grant) and postgraduate course of “cultural communication management” (ecm) at the University of Applied Arts Vienna.

Works as curatorial assistance at the Natural History Museum Graz (Universalmuseum Joanneum). Had been (and partially still is)  working in the fields of cultural management, curating of exhibitions, museums consulting and organisation as well as local city politics.
Contributes with his experience in museum consulting, project organisation and teamwork.
